Counselling
Granada School has trained, professional counsellors available to all learners. Our counselling service is confidential, non-judgmental, and accessible to any student who needs support.
Whether dealing with academic pressure, social challenges, family circumstances, or personal struggles, our counsellors are here to help learners navigate life's difficulties with courage and support.
Our approach entails:
One-to-One Counselling
Confidential individual sessions with a qualified counsellor for learners experiencing personal or emotional difficulties.
Group Support
Structured group sessions addressing shared challenges such as exam pressure, transitions, and social relationships.
Peer Support Programme
Trained peer supporters who provide a friendly ear and signpost learners to professional help when needed.
Parent Partnership
Working closely with families to ensure a consistent, joined-up approach to each learner's wellbeing at home and school.
Teacher Referrals
Teachers who notice signs of struggle can refer learners for wellbeing support through our confidential referral system.
External Referrals
Where specialist support is needed, we maintain a network of trusted external professionals in child psychology and mental health.
